“Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Federal law allows an individual to contribute a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year. Contributions to the AFP PAC will be used for political purposes. Participation in AFP PAC is voluntary, and members have the right to refuse to participate without fear of reprisal. Recommended contribution guidelines are suggestions only; members may give more or less, or nothing at all, without fear of reprisal. Contributions to AFP PAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.”
